Creating Thigh Gaps with Liposuction
2024-06-18
As temperatures rise and clothing becomes lighter, the number of inquiries about liposuction increases, particularly for the thighs. At our clinic, many patients seek a straight body line with a thigh gap.
We design our procedures by considering each individual's bone structure, muscle shape, skin elasticity, and fat volume to achieve a balanced and satisfying transformation.
[Patient Information]
- Age: Early 20s
- Occupation: University student
- Height: 158cm
- Weight: 64kg
- BMI: 25
*Results of liposuction may vary for individuals with similar specifications.
The patient gained about 5kg within 2-3 months before the surgery, with most of the weight accumulating in the thighs.
The consultation indicated:
1. The patient primarily had excess fat in the outer thighs, which predicted a significant size reduction and volume improvement post-surgery.
2. The inner thigh skin had reduced elasticity, which could lead to wrinkles post-surgery.
3. The hip appeared heavy and sagged due to the excess fat.
We proposed:
1. Thigh and Hip line Liposuction: Reduce volume and balance the lower body.
2. Inner Thighs: Due to low skin elasticity, avoid excessive fat removal.
[Before and one month after surgery]
- Areas:Thighs, Hip line
- Liposuction Volume: 4,900cc
After one month, the patient’s thighs appeared slimmer, and the overall body line had improved.
The previously heavy-looking hip, which made the legs look shorter, now contributed to a balanced lower body, making the legs look longer. Although only a month post-surgery, a visible thigh gap and significant volume reduction were observed.
Continuous post-surgery care will further reduce swelling and enhance the thigh gap, resulting in even slimmer legs.
