Creating a Balanced Lower Body Line

Recent trends favor a tight waist and voluminous hips. When body balance is hard to achieve with liposuction alone, or more dramatic results are desired, we combine:


Slimming with abdominal or thigh liposuction

Volume enhancement with hip-joint fat grafting


Each patient's fat grafting is customized based on their body type and desired line. Consulting with experienced medical professionals is crucial for high satisfaction in body contouring.


This patient had X-legs. Through thigh and love handle liposuction, combined with hip-joint fat grafting, body balance and leg shape were improved.

The consultation indicated:


Ample fat for liposuction, predicted to reduce size and improve line.

Fat under the hip line caused the hips to appear saggy.

Structurally, the knees touch while ankles splay outward, making leg shape correction difficult.


We proposed:


Balancing upper and lower body with hip line, thigh, and love handle liposuction.

Enhancing leg line by transferring fat from hips, thighs, and love handles to hip-joint.

Noting that the patient’s long, slender waist might still appear long post-surgery.

The eight-month post-surgery photos show a significant improvement in leg lines. The patient’s long, slender waist was balanced with fat grafting, creating a longer leg effect.


Proper post-surgery care, including avoiding strenuous exercise and wearing compression garments, helped maintain the results.
