The consultation indicated:

1. Low muscle mass with fat concentrated in the upper body

2. Slightly decreased skin elasticity

3. Sufficient fat in the axillary breast and axilla areas

We proposed:

1. Perform liposuction on the arms, axillary breast and axilla simultaneously to further reduce volume and create beautiful lines.

2. However, due to decreased skin elasticity, there's a possibility of skin sagging after surgery.

3. Perform the surgery with a liposuction volume that changes the arms without causing skin sagging.

Looking at the photos taken 3 months after surgery, the protruding fat on both sides of the arms when lowered has been noticeably improved.

The patient wore compression garments consistently for 3 months to prevent skin sagging. Thanks to diligent use of compression garments, her arms transformed into a slender shape without sagging.

Due to the decreased skin elasticity, we advised her to continue wearing compression garments beyond the 3-month mark.
