Liposuction is one of the delicate surgeries performed using a doctor's fingertip sensitivity and knowledge of human anatomy. In case of revision surgery, the difficulty increases compared to the initial surgery due to adhesions around the fat layer.

Similarly, if fat dissolving injections have been administered several times, the difficulty of surgery increases as it alters the morphology of fatty tissue.

Today, we'll introduce a patient who became concerned about thigh fat after gaining 7kg. She decided to undergo liposuction as she didn't feel the effects of fat dissolving injections.

In the past, she had received injections in her inner thighs but didn't feel satisfactory changes.

The consultation indicated:

1. Due to several fat dissolution injections, significant adhesions were confirmed, so the liposuction was considered a revision surgery.

2. The adductor muscles in the inner thighs were developed.

3. Despite significant weight loss in the past, skin elasticity was good, so good size reduction effects were expected.

4. Fat was abundant overall in inner thighs, channel line, above knees, and outer thighs. Hip line liposuction was also recommended for balance.

We proposed:

1. Slim down leg lines through liposuction of thighs + hip line.

2. Perform liposuction focusing on balance to prevent muscles from becoming too prominent.
