The patient gained about 3kg before surgery and was particularly stressed about the fat in her arms.

The conslutation indicated that:

1. High fat percentage in the arms compared to overall body type

2. Excess fat in the axillary breast, scapula area, and bra line areas

3. Slightly decreased skin elasticity, so there's a possibility of sagging if liposuction is performed on the back

So we suggested:

1. Aim for an overall slimmer line with liposuction of the arms, axillary breast, scapula area, and bra line areas

2. However, to avoid excessive skin sagging due to over-liposuction, we will perform liposuction to balance the upper body
