She was concerned about fat concentrated on the thighs and noticeable cellulite on the back of the thighs.

The conslutation indicated that:

1. The hamstrings on the back of the thighs were well-developed, and significant changes couldn't be expected in this area.

2. Other areas were expected to show substantial changes with liposuction.

So we suggested:

1. Perform liposuction on the entire thigh to create slim leg lines.

2. Create smooth lines on the back of the thighs to minimize the appearance of hamstrings.

3. Perform liposuction to create straight lines.
