The patient was always concerned about abdominal fat and had previously undergone fat dissolving injections several times.

However, this didn't lead to much improvement and caused stress.

The conslutation indicated that:

1. Overall muscle mass was low with sufficient fat available for extraction, and the lower abdomen was more prominent compared to the upper abdomen.

2. We explained that due to severe constipation, the lower abdomen might still appear protruding even after surgery.

3. The patient has anemia.

So we suggested:

1. Reduce abdominal fat through liposuction to create a curved waistline.

2. Focus suction on the lower abdomen and waist to balance the upper body.

3. Advised taking iron supplements starting one month before surgery.
